1. Your preview is free

We make your preview at no cost and with no obligation. If you don’t go ahead, you owe nothing and we delete your details after 12 months.

2. Price and payment

Pay once: your website is £795, paid when you approve your preview. The website becomes yours once paid. If a payment is missed, we’ll remind you, and after 14 days’ written notice we may pause the site until it’s paid. We put it live within five working days of payment and receiving your content. If we don’t, we take £100 off. Monthly plans for new sign-ups: £99 setup, then £79 (Website) or £99 (Growth) a month, with a 12-month minimum term. October garage offer: the first 25 garages to complete a Website plan sign-up by 31 October 2026 pay £59 a month for their first 12 months, then £79 a month, plus the £99 setup fee. A 60–90 second explainer video for their business, normally £149, is included at no extra cost. The offer closes when 25 garage sign-ups are completed or at the end of 31 October 2026, whichever comes first. Offer availability is checked at checkout. After 12 months the plan continues month to month until you cancel, with 30 days’ notice. We host and look after your site while you’re on a plan. If you cancel after your minimum term, your site goes offline when your notice ends, unless you buy it outright for £495, in which case we move it to your own hosting. Your domain and Google profile are always yours. One-off purchases: the first 3 months of the care plan are included. We’ll remind you before they end; after that it continues at £39 a month unless you cancel, which you can do online in one step at any time. There are no other charges from us unless you choose the care plan, an add-on or a batch of changes, each priced on our website.

3. What you give us

You tell us the facts about your business: services, prices, areas, registrations and claims. You’re responsible for them being true. Any prices you show must be the full price a customer pays, including VAT and compulsory charges. We check registration numbers before launch.

4. You own it

Once you’ve paid, the website and everything we wrote and designed for it are yours. It’s hosted in an account in your name.

5. If something isn’t right

If we got something wrong, tell us within 30 days of launch and we fix it free. Every site scores 90 or more on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile) at launch.

6. Care plan

7. Your customers’ data

When your site’s forms handle your customers’ details, we process them for you under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We’re not liable for lost profits or business. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
